If you need to return your product, please email us on info@kambukids.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your product, citing your reason for return.  We will then send you returns instructions. Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the returns email. 

Please note:

• Books must be returned in their original condition—unread and undamaged. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• ​Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
